My son is a new driver and had pulled too closely to a concrete parking bumper block and the underneath of my van got pulled down and was dragging on the ground. I showed up at Lloyd’s in Scotts Valley without an appointment on a busy afternoon and one of their mechanics stopped what he was doing to take a look and said he’d quickly fix it. They didn’t even charge me. I went the following week for a SMOG check and again had an excellent experience. They were professional, courteous, and quick. I plan to go their for my car needs from now on.

I went for a smog check in the middle of the day without an appointment, and had a great experience. Service was prompt, and everyone was friendly and courteous. The office was clean and comfortable and offered complimentary beverages while I waited. Great overall experience.

Had a damaged tire replaced under warranty, the staff was great!

Had a low tire pressure light and couldn't figure out which tire was the problem. Pulled up to Lloyd's, they checked it out right away, found a nail, patched it and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes.
